Coach Segraves is a Native of Galveston, Indiana and a graduate of Ball State University.  He received his Masters from Piedmont College in Early Childhood and holds a Specialist Degree in Administration from Lincoln Memorial University.  This is his 21st year in teaching and coaching, 3rd year as the Head Football Coach, and 6th year at White County.  Prior to moving to White County, Coach Segraves spent 12 years at Hart County.  He had a head coaching record of 17-6 in two years and received Anderson Independent Coach of the Year, Athens Banner Herald Coach of the Year and Region 8AAA Coach of the year.  Coach Segraves was named Channel 32 coach of the year in 2007.  He led White County to it's first ever AAA play-off appearance while posting 7 wins in 2007.  His overall coaching record is 27-17. He has also coached at Pierce County and Muncie Central.  Coach Segraves is the ISS Coordinator at WCHS.

Coach Segraves is married to Cindy who teaches Math at the Ninth Grade Academy.  They have three sons:  Chantz 17, Cameron 16, and Cole 14.

 

 

 

 

 

 





 Gregg Segraves - Head Coach

Tim Bragg- Assistant Head Coach

Coach Bragg is a native of Stone Mountain Georgia and and a graduate of North Georgia College and State University.  College playing experience was at West Georgia College.  Coach Bragg has coached at Johnson, Habersham Central, and Banks County.  This is his 4th year teaching Weight training at WCHS.  Coach Bragg is also the Head Wrestling Coach for the Warriors.

He is married to the former Libby Chafin of Dothan alabama.  The Bragg family includes Christian (6), Dakota (4), Neveah (3), and Nicole (2).

Scott Frederick- Defensive Coordinator

Coach Frederick is a native of Tifton, Ga and a graduate of Georgia Southern (BS HTH/PE). This is his 3rd year at WCHS and 21st overall. Prior to moving to White County, Coach Frederick coached at Jenkins Co.(87-88), Telfair Co. (89-95), Worth Co. (96-99|),Columbus(00), Wayne Co. (01-04) and Appling Co. (05). In addition to coaching football, Coach Frederick is an assistant coach in baseball at WCHS. He teaches Weight Training at WCHS as well as a supervisor of ISS.

Coach Frederick is married to the former Candice Roper of Dublin, Ga who teaches at MYES. They have 4 children: Kristen (19), Kevin (17), Collin(15), and Caroline(10). 

Tommy Flowers - Defensive Backs

Coach Flowers is a native of Moultrie and attended Colquitt County High School. He holds degrees from Albany State University and Troy State University. This is his second year at WCHS and his 17th overall. He has also coached at Worth County, Thomas County Central, Tift County, and Crisp County. His teaching responsibility is ISS director for grades 7-9.

He is married to the former Jennifer Sinclair of Moultrie who is employed at Pioneer RESA. they have 2 children: Thomas(17) and Will (13). 

 Chris Dotson - Outside Linebackers

Coach Dotson is a native of Marietta and a graduate of Appalachian State. This is his 2nd year at WCHS and 11th overall. Prior to moving to White County, Coach Dotson coached at Luella High (03-06), Eagles Landing (02-03), Tift Co. (00-02), Appling County (99). In addition to coaching football, Coach Dotson is a teacher of Special Education at WCHS. Coach Dotson coaches basketball as well.

He is married to the former Heidi Burger of Hickory, NC who is employed at NGA. They have 2 children: Tyler(16) and Jessie(14).

 

Stacey Allen- Quarterbacks

Coach Allen is a native of White County and a graduate of White County High School.  He received his degree from Tusculum College and played Quarterback in College.  This is Coach Allen's 9th year as a coach at WCHS.  He also coaches 7th grade basketball.  In addition to coaching,  coach Allen is the graduation coach at NGA.

He is married to the former Nara Sellers of South Carolina.  Nara teaches 7th grade at the WCMS.  They have one son, Dante.

 

Darrell Dorsey - Wide Receivers

Coach Dorsey is a native of Cleveland and a graduate of the University of Georgia. This is his 9th year at WCHS and 13th overall. Prior to moving to White County, Coach Dorsey coached at Banks County. In addition to coaching football, Coach Dorsey is a teacher of Health & PE at NGA.

He is married to the former Gail Holcomb of Toccoa who is employed at Habersham County Medical Center. They have 5 children: Ashley,Hailey, Drew, Alley & Christopher.

Adam Thomas - Inside Linebackers

Coach Thomas is a native of White County and a graduate of WCHS. This is his 2nd year as a teacher  and 4th year coaching for the Warriors. In addition to coaching football, Coach Thomas is a teacher of Math & Science at White County Middle School. Coach Thomas coaches wrestling and is the Varsity Girls Golf Coach as well.

He is married to the former Kelly Avery of Cumming who is employed at North East Georgia

Jake Cantrell - Tight Ends/Slot Receivers

Coach Cantrell is a native of White County and a graduate of White County High School.  He received his degree from Delta State University and his masters of Education from Delta State as well.  Coach Cantrell played defensive back in College.  This is Coach Cantrell's 1st year as a teacher and coach at WCHS.  He teaches elementary Physical Education at Mossy Creek and is the Varsity Head Boys track Coach.  Jake is the son of Tommy & Melinda Cantrell.

Travis Mullis- Kickers & Punters

Coach Mullis is a native of Rabun County and a graduate of North Georgia College and State University. College playing experience was at Mars Hill College. This is his 2nd year as a teacher and first year coaching for the Warriors. In addition to coaching football, Coach Mullis is a teacher of English and Language Arts at WCMS. Coach Mullis coaches middle school wrestling as well.

He is married to the former Wendy Coalley of Tiger, Georgia.  She taught at MYES for eight years before deciding to be as stay-at-home mom for their three children: Chaz (5), Maddie (4), and Jared (1).
